About the Event
Steven and Hannah are brother and sister acro partners who both have a huge love of acro and equally huge love of sharing acro with new people.
The goal of this workshop is to start you on your acro yoga voyage to give you the skills to start to practice on your own and to have confidence to come to acro yoga jams and classes. We will be starting at the most basic level there are no prerequisites.
Try something new, build trust, do things you never thought you could do but most of all have fun and laugh.
Come alone or bring a friend.
Camp overnight and join in the Acro jam, enjoy delicious kai with star and fire gazing.
