An acute consultation is a 15 minute appointment done in person, online by video call or over the phone, (whichever is easier for you), when you’re experiencing a short-term or self limiting illness. These illnesses could be a cold, the flu, the stomach flu, coughs, seasonal allergies, food poisoning, injuries (strains/sprains, fractures), minor burns, sinusitis, sore throats, ear infections, and the list goes on...
