Service Description

In our first consultation, I learn all about you so that I can set you up for health and wellness. It is so in depth (right back to your birth!) and this gives me all the puzzle pieces to create a treatment plan with you to give you the first steps to begin to heal in a deep way. A naturopathic approach to healing is different to a GP in the way that I am assessing your health in a holistic way, not just by symptoms alone and healing from the root cause of where your dis-ease began. Healing the gut is a huge part of most peoples need to get the whole body back into balance, but not everybody's. I will see what is needed for you. Your consultation will be on zoom so you can be in the comfort of your own space at a time that suits you.
